Turning Stone Event Planning
As a Senior Event Coordinator at Turning Stone Resort Casino, I planned, organized, and executed a wide range of events, from mid-size player development events to large-scale public events. I managed all event logistics—including vendor coordination, contracts, timelines, and on-site operations—while ensuring a seamless guest experience. My role required strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Events here ranged from 50 people to 2,000 people. I planned a minimum of 25 events per years.
