DSC Social Media
As Account Executive, I led the strategy, content creation, and community management for the Durham Sports Commission’s social media channels. My role was focused on increasing visibility for DSC events, driving engagement with local audiences, and positioning Durham as a premier sports destination.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Content Strategy & Development: Created and executed monthly content calendars highlighting DSC events, partner organizations, and community impact stories.
- Event Promotion: Produced engaging graphics, videos, and live coverage for events like the ACC Baseball Championship and ACC Field Hockey Championship, helping drive awareness and attendance.
- Audience Engagement: Managed daily posting, story updates, and real-time fan interaction to strengthen community connections and brand voice.
- Performance Growth: Implemented data-driven strategies that increased reach, engagement, and follower growth across DSC’s channels.
